Sociological perspectives for Health and Social care P1. In this blog, I will explain the main sociological perspectives used in Health and Social care and explain the meaning of sociology.  Sociology is the study of society and the different structures within, some examples of these structures are: family, education, politics, economy, media and Health and Social care services. It is believed that these structures rely on each other and in order for society to function, these structures must function within them. This means that these structures strongly rely on each other, for example, poor economy will affect the education system as education requires practice and professionals which requires money.
